This page contains answers to common questions handled by our support staff, along with some tips and tricks that we have found useful and presented here as questions. It is by no means complete since we are just beginning the process of selecting the most useful info to include... so that we don't end up writing a book!

How do I get a domain name?
Domain name registration is handled through Internic and its various agents, however, except for our Bare Bones Deal, we take care of that for you and registration costs are included in our price. Back to Top

Where can I find really good free graphics and clip art?
There are numerous free clip art and graphic sites, some with excellent selections. Our own professional artist offers a large variety of high quality free graphics and art. She is just now moving her galleries to her new domain Art4Christ ( http://art4christ.net ) and will be adding to it daily. Back to Top

Why don't you do catalog sites?
We specialize in offering high end quality at dirt cheap prices. This means doing what we do best and doing it quickly. Catalog sites take lots of time and cost plenty. If we were doing them, we wouldn't have time to do small business, ministry and personal sites, which are our focus and passion. However, if you build your catalog site, we'll be happy to host it. Who is your artist? Who is your web designer?
Iona Hoeppner performs both of these duties. Back to Top

Where are you located?
We are in Dothan, AL. Please see our Contact page for complete information. Back to Top

Why don't you take monthly payments?
Monthly billing is a hassle and expense we'd rather not deal with. We keep our costs at a minimum so we can offer high end quality at low, low prices. We do not charge set up fees, and in most cases, we pay up front for your domain name registration so need your payment before we begin.. Back to Top

What is your connection to the Internet?
We are connected to a multipeer T3 backbone. We have the capacity to burst up to 100Mbits of data per second. Back to Top

How many POP3 accounts can I have in one account?
There is no limit. Back to Top

Do you support VBScript 5 on your servers?
We are using the latest version of the MS scripting engine. Back to Top

How long does it typically take for a site to 'go live' after I register the domain with Internic and set up the domain with you?
When you set up a domain with us, it is set up immediately on our main server. Our clustered servers mirror the configuration details from the main server once per day, so it can take up to 24 hours for the clustered servers to grab the details for the new domain. Internic generally takes 24-48 hours to get new domains ready. Sometimes Internic will take longer than that, but most of the time Internic gets new domain ready in 24-48 hours. Back to Top
